WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a credit for any unworn swimwear and clothing, in another size, color, or style, when returned within 30 business days. Credit notes do not expire, they can be used at any time and for any item. We do not offer refunds.

What shipping methods do you offer?

DHL Express, orders for the whole world except the USA, are sent via DHL with an approximate delivery time of 3-5 business days.

USPS, orders for the USA are shipped via USPS with an approximate delivery time of 4-7 business days.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes as shipments generally require a signature upon delivery.

Is it easy to return items?

Yeah! Really easy: initiate a return by email to info@aguavivaswim.com and include your name and order number. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and the return address via email. We make it easy to return to our warehouse in LOS ANGELES.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After shipping, your order will arrive within 4-7 business days.

Please note that weekend days are not business days. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Please note that transit times are measured at the point of shipment.

PRE-ORDER

All PRE ORDER orders will be shipped 7 days after the purchase date, if the period is extended, you will receive a notification.

How can I track my order?

After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL or USPS where you can track your package.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to make changes. Contact info@aguavivaswim.com

Duties and taxes:

Aguaviva swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipping. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations, as these fees may be required to release your order.
